In our second episode we discuss the growing threat of Ebola and how evidence can play an important roll. We also talked with our first guest, Matt Miller, about health care, evidence, and his congressional campaign. We asked him the most important question of all: Will you bring Evidence to Washington as a means of heath care reform?
Miller is a weekly columnist for The Washington Post, co-host and the voice of the political “center” on “Left, Right & Center,” public radio’s popular political week-in-review program, and a senior fellow at the Center for American Progress. Miller has written several best-selling books, and served as a senior advisor at the White House Office of Management and Budget from 1993 to 1995.
We encourage you to comment and ask questions and even suggest topics for us to cover on future Podcasts. Next episode we will be talking to a prominent dermatologist in Los Angeles and asking him about his experiences working in the health care matrix and his use of or lack of evidence.
